In 2025 I was honored with the Distinguished Scholar award from the Organization Development and Change Division. Here, we focus today's teaching challenge for educators and facilitators. We will talk about and experience Whole-System Development, our framework for building system capacity, enabling a system to work across boundaries, engage productively with difference and take shared responsibility for improving their system over time.
