The Practice Theme Committee (PTC) of the Academy of Management is proud to announce the winners of the three PTC Awards which will be given at this year's Academy of Management Meeting in Vancouver.
· Winner of the AOM PTC Practice Impact Award: Professor Herman Aguinis, Kelley School of Business, Indiana University
· Winner of the PTC Research Center Impact Award: Cornell University Center for Advanced HR Studies (CAHRS)
· Winner of the PTC Research Center Impact Runner Up Award: Lancaster University Management School Wave 2 Growth HubProgramme
The awards will be given at the Practice Theme Committee Gala Celebration and Awards, which takes place on
Sunday, August 9th, from 4.30pm – 7.00pm at Vancouver Convention Centre in Room 118.
Please join us to this event to congratulate our winners for their impressive overall impact their work is having on managerial and organizational practices! In addition to the awards ceremony, the event will feature an exciting interactive celebration of practice oriented events, such as Otto Scharmer's huge MOOC on TRANSFORMING BUSINESS, SOCIETY, and SELF, run by MIT and EDX with 28,000 people from 191 countries.
