Announcement: Seeking Nominations for Research Participation For my doctoral dissertation, I am seeking assistance in identifying effective leaders who demonstrate the capacity to manage undiscussables issues in the workplace. I am a PhD student in the School of Human and Organization Development, at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. Undiscussables are issues that employees know about but tend not to raise with people in authority, resulting in distrust, low morale, and a loss of loyalty to the organization. My study explores how effective leaders identify and manage these issues and what outcomes result. I am looking for participants who meet the following criteria:
· Executive leaders, men and women responsible for departments or business units, or operational functions
· Create an environment for honest discussion and constructive conflict
· Value and promote a free exchange of ideas
· Accomplished at managing the challenges of organizational dynamics
· Located in the Northeastern corridor of the United States (Boston-Washington DC) If you have worked with an effective leader for three years or more, who fit these criteria and would be willing to participate in this study, please email me their name and contact information (address and email).
