We need your help to show our presence in the new member welcome session and in the exhibit hall. We hope you can spare 2 hours to sit at MCD booth. Please check the time block that best fits your schedule. We do not need more than two members at any time block. Thanks for your help.

It is an informative session designed specifically for new members to the Academy.
The exhibit hall will be open as follows:
Friday, August 4, from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm
Saturday, August 5, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm
Sunday, August 6, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm
Monday, August 7, from 8:00 am till 2:00 pm (last day)
